Coaching With Angels

Life Coaching is about working together to establish - what is your reality today vs. where you want to be in the future. As your Life Coach, we work with you to focus on and become clearer about what is important to you and to then put in place plans for you to go out and make it happen, at a pace that is right for you.

Angel healing is a non-denominational spiritual healing method that involves working with your Guardian Angels and Archangels to heal and harmonise every aspect of your life. Ingrid will assist you in connecting with your Guardian Angel and the Archangels. During an Angel Card reading, Ingrid will translate the meaning of your Angel cards and pass on any specific messages that your Angels and the Archangels want you to know in connection with any area of your life, or in connection with something that you are particularly worried or concerned about.

Everyone has Guardian Angels, assigned to them from birth, to protect them and assist them on their life's path. Due to the law of free will, the Angels cannot interfere in your life unless you specifically invite them to get involved - just saying an Angels' name is enough to allow them into your life. The Angels will guide you and assist you in your decision making, help you to be true to who you really are and to serve your unique life purpose - the reason that you are here on this earth at this time.

Ingrid is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and The Association for Coaching and has completed Coach U University's Advanced Coach Training Programme. She also has a Business Degree along with various Sales & Marketing and ICT qualifications and is an NLP Practitioner, EFT Practitioner, Usui Reiki & Seichim Master Teacher.

REIKI Treatments
Ingrid is an Usui Reiki & Seichim Master Teacher. She offers Reiki treatments from her home in the Ballyhackamore area of East Belfast. Reiki (pronounced RAY KEY) is a Japanese form of spiritual healing which can ease stress, enhance relaxation and aid healing on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level. When this life force is flowing freely, we are healthy and happy, when it is low we are far more susceptible to both physical illness and emotional stress. In Reiki Therapy, this universal energy is activated by the practitioner and passed on to the recipient where it both replenishes areas that have been depleted of energy and also stimulates the body's own natural ability to heal itself.

During treatment, you will lie on a treatment bed while Ingrid places her hands over or on the body. The treatment lasts for about 50 mins. You may feel a tingling sensation or feelings of warmth or cold. Afterwards, you will feel more relaxed, balanced and have an overall increased feeling of well-being.

Reiki healing can be used to treat all ailments, including: fatigue, hormone imbalances, stress, anxiety, back pain, arthritis, high blood pressure, eczema... to name a few. It is also a popular treatment for general relaxation and is very relaxing and energising during pregnancy. Come and try this beautifully relaxing healing treatment for yourself.

please let us know your requirements. Reiki healing is £40 per hour.

CRYSTAL Therapy
Crystal therapy is a gentle yet powerful non-diagnostic complimentary healing method. As a holistic therapy, it treats the whole person (body, mind and spirit), providing the balance and harmony which can be lost when we are tired, feeling stressed or are ill. It can bring deep relaxation, a reduction in stress, and a sense of increased calm and well being. Most people are aware of their physical body but not so aware of their invisible "energy" body. The energy flow throughout our whole body is vital to our well-being and flows through all living things. Like your physical body, these energies can also become imbalanced or damaged leading to "dis-ease" - resulting in physical, emotional disturbance or illness in the body.

Benefits from REIKI and CRYSTAL treatments are wide ranging, including: restoring balance, increasing relaxation, alleviating headaches and migraines, reducing muscular tension and physical pain, repairing the energy field after trauma to that area (such as an accident or operation), or helping to alleviate stress, anxiety and depression.
Crystal therapy is £20 per 30 mins.

Reiki Training
Reiki is "Universal Life Force Energy" - a Japanese form of spiritual healing which
can ease stress, enhance relaxation and aid healing on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level.
By completing Usui Reiki Level 1 you will be attuned to this wonderful energy and you can then do self treatments and progress further along your healing journey.
At Level 2, you will be attuned to a more powerful level of the Reiki energy as well as learning how to do distance healing, using Crystals and mental/emotional healing and be ready to do Reiki treatments on others.
Level 3 is more powerful still and will assist you with personal enlightenment and transformation. You will learn Master level symbols and how to make a healing energy grid.

Seichim Training
Seichim healing energy supports us to bring about balance, peace and harmony.

This type of healing energy is more gentle than the traditional Usui Reiki and works very much with the emotional body - it is the feminine to the Reiki's masculine healing energy and the two
energies complement each other extremely well.

Seichim was rediscovered in Egypt in the early 1980’s by a man called Patrick Zeigler (an American Reiki Master). Seichim has been around a very long time - it is often mentioned in ancient sacred Egyptian texts.

Seichim is taught over two days and this includes:
Day 1 - Level 1 and 2 Seichim
Day 2 - Connection to Master Level Seichim

Price is - £330 for both days training, (including your training manual and certificates)
and 2 x Healing support group sessions following your training with Ingrid
to refine your Healing skills in a supportive environment

Training is carried out at Ingrid's home/office in East Belfast
