About Ingrid

I live in Belfast, Northern Ireland. I set up my Life Coaching practice after 11 years in the ICT/Telecoms industry. Following a period of serious illness and then a divorce, I retrained as a Life Coach with Coach U. During that time I also undertook substantial personal development and healing work on myself - I followed my intuition to learn about things that would help me on my healing journey and went on to become a qualified NLP Practitioner, EFT Practitioner and Reiki Master/Teacher, as well as developing my interest and abilities in working with Angel energy. The challenges that I encountered brought me very quickly onto my Spiritual Path and my spiritual progress from then onwards has continued at a very accelerated rate.

Once I achieved a good level of healing, I was then in a position to work with others to share the things that I have learned and I now offer 1to1 appointments and run workshops on various themes, such as: Coaching With Angels, Forgiveness, Finding Your Ideal Partner, Moving on from Divorce and more, as well as Reiki Training courses.

I truly believe that people and things come along in our lives to teach us something. I continually ask myself - "what can I learn from this?". The Enlightened Me can now see that I have learned from each and every one of the situations, events and people that have come up in my life. I fully accept that they were meant to happen on my spiritual path and they have indeed shaped who I am today. The greatest challenges in my life have also turned out to be my greatest blessings and I am filled with gratitude for them.
